Why the weird line on the floor- a rug usually lies there, but I was using it for my ECM class. It’s just dusty on the lighter portion. Here’s to wishing I had just brought it up so I could be finished with these!
What’s your opinion on how many pictures to post on a listing. More or less? Would you post all of these, which wouldn’t you post? Any you would add? Accepting, all thoughts!

For the playroom walls, get some cheap black (or white) frames and fill them with patterned scrapbook paper, wrapping paper, or fabric scraps. Something geometric and semi-juvenile, but definitely colorful. So easy to update and change on a whim! And super cheap, too. Dollar store frames!

It looks so nice. I love how clean and organized it all it. I love the colors in every room–minus the pink tiled bathroom which stands out against the other prettiness that is your home. The only picture I would not add is the water heater/furnace situation. The floors might be nice, but I would think as a buyer, “They picked this photo? Then what else are they hiding that they don’t want me to see?” You have tons of great shots here!
Your home looks beautiful!!! I absolutely love what you have done with it all. I love the style, simplicity, the splashes of color, and how crisp and clean it looks. We have been looking at a lot of houses online lately and I think that yours will come across as looking very appealing. I imagine you will have a lot of interested people!
As I was looking at your pictures I was remembering each room of the house and how it was when you arrived. You have done such an amazing job with it, in every detail. You and Tom should be very proud!

Your master bathroom looks incredible! The tile work is A+ and I really love the walls. I like the changes you made to the decor above the mantle in your living room. And I didn’t even realize you have a basement- awesome! Best of luck on the sale!

Your house is simply gorgeous! It will sell in no time. Very clean, open, bright. Your pictures are awesome. I agree with leaving out the laundry and probably both of the other unfinished basements. But wow, what an improvement you’ve made with them. I really miss something on the walls in the basement. It definitely seems to lack some personality. A little too sterile. Love everything else. How about switching the pink bath with the little half bath? I think I’d open up the dining room table completely. It looks a little awkward to me and it seems like there is plenty of space to center it more. You are truly amazing! I say, just relax, have faith, and see what happens! Oh, and I’m not crazy about the kitchen rug with the towels. Love you

I have several ideas pinned on my kjirsti board for your play room art. (wish you were here. We could wipe out some fun silhouette art 🙂 Also the curtains in the master bedroom still bother me. I have several pinned for you where they added a bold color strip somewhere which would add more interest and give you the length. I also would leave out the pink bath and add the main floor bath. I would also leave out all your unfinished basement photos but wow they look so much better. People when they come to see the house are going to see them and think wow look how much bonus storage.
Well done Kj! It is so beautiful, and I am always impressed with your photography! You house looks like it came out of BH&G. I just think you need to add a pic of the piano side of the living room and the entryway. The more pics the better! If I were into buying houses, yours would be a great buy!
