Yoga thoughts



One of the things I’ve enjoyed most about this pregnancy is discovering yoga. I love how whole I feel when I’m finished. I’m amazed at the breath’s ability to facilitate greater flexibility and relaxation. I’ve appreciated the time to clear my mind and focus. Mostly, I’m pretty good at keeping distracting thoughts at bay. However recently, as the instructor has said, “breath and let your hips expand.” A little image has popped into my head:

Am I going to be transformed from rectangle to pear shape after this pregnancy?!!
