My ubber-talented sister, Brigette, painted this for me as a wedding gift. I learned to adore wild poppies when I was studying abroad in Italy. This painting hung forever in my kitchen, but due to a change in color scheme it was removed. I’m actually glad because I see it here much more often than I did where it was in the kitchen!

This was my anniversary gift to Tom this year. Each of the pins mark somewhere we have traveled together. We have been so blessed to be able to see so many different places during our six years. I hope I never forget the memory of sitting in our living room taking turns placing pins. This hangs over Tom’s computer, as a reminder of our rich past and our exciting future!

You may recall a post on this wall several months back. Well, now the frames have pictures! Hurray! I love that now I have a picture of everyone in both of our families represented somewhere in my home. The space in the top left is being reserved for a clock- my mother-in-law’s suggestion that I just loved. I keep looking but haven’t found the right one yet.
