Tom never ceases to surprise me. I had bought some Dubliner cheese in honor of St. Patrick’s day, but we didn’t have anything to eat it on, so Tom decided he was going to make bread. Tom has made bread once before- for me for our first date. (Man, I really am a sucker for bread, he knew before he even knew me!) Anyway, voila- combining a recipe from our dear friend Barb, and one from Martha Stewart he created this:

We enjoyed one loaf before he left. I savored the second the week he was gone. And we froze the third and pulled it out yesterday to enjoy with the missionaries. Mmm, Mmm!
