Today after Stake Conference Tom, Erin, and I traveled to the gorgeous town of Kent to visit our dear friend Barb Huff. We loved the beautiful windy route through painted trees and peaceful lakes. It was wonderful to see Barb. We have missed her presence in Oberlin.  We loved seeing her in her new role as student. She has a great  open apartment. Unfortunately, it is certainly a “student kitchen.” Regardless she still managed to make a delectable meal of Waldorf salad, roasted veggies, cornbread and pesto chicken. She seemed so happy and alive. We enjoyed hearing about her classes and watching her laugh. We were impressed by her dedication to progress and improvement. Barb is a remarkable women. We love her.
