So, I am in no means a fabulous photographer, but I enjoy taking pictures, and have been slowly trying to improve my skills. I always love when I’m asked to take some one’s family pictures because it gives me an opportunity to practice in a way I normally couldn’t. So I was delighted when my Mom asked me to take my sister Adalee’s senior pictures. I’m still struggling to get those crisp shots typical of professional photographers- so if you have any suggestions- PLEASE, I’d welcome them! Here are a few of my favorites. I’m lucky that I was dealing with such beautiful subject matter.



I had to include this one, because I love her huge smile. We were shooting these shots in the field when her horse Lucky came over to join her. He nuzzled right up to her as if to say, “Ummm, shouldn’t I be in this shot?” Considering the hours she’s spent on this and other horses, why yes!
