
So Tom has worked like crazy demoing our master bathroom and he can proudly now report that it is complete- all down to the studs. Which means- we can start building it back up!
We are hiring a contractor to install a new shower pan (that we will then tile over) as well as to drywall the room, and possibly replace the window. And then it’s up to us to do the rest. This is my preliminary sketch. It’s a tiny little bathroom. The floor is 4.5’x6′ so there isn’t room for much- but, the shower won’t leak into the garage, the window will now longer be decayed, the body sprays won’t leak, and it should look a whole lot more chic than this:
