Garden update

The carrots are coming up nicely. I need to get out there an thin them however, or I’m going to have matchstick carrots!

The broccoli could use a transplant as well. Broccoli plants get huge and there are about five of them in that first clump.

This is a tiny tomato seedling. It’s about two inches tall. I show it as a “before” picture. Hopefully we’ll get some warm weather so this little girl can spring up and start preparing to bear fruit.

Here is my row of basil seedlings. Also, miniature. (I mentioned previously that I should have transplanted these out of their small seed trays about a month ago, but being super busy I didn’t, and so they never grew more than these four leaves.)

The frost free date is officially tomorrow! Have you put in your garden? How did everything transplant? What plants are you growing this year?
