Mmmm- Peaches


Why is it that when I go online to look up recipes to fill my meal plan for the week, all I end up printing are dessert recipes? 
A few weeks ago I checked out a Turkish recipe book and made food from Turkey all week. I think peaches might be the food theme for this week, here’s what I’m salivating over:
Peach-Brie Quesadillas with a honey-lime sauce
Peach Ice cream (Maybe I’ll grill the peaches first, I’ve never done it before, but apparently it’s fabulous!)
Peach Salsa
Coconut-Peach Cobbler
Oh, and maybe I’ll make this too:
Purple Basil Lemonaid
Yikes, I’m seriously lacking in the protein and vegetable arena- any ideas?

  1. Though this recipe calls for different items in the salad, I love it best with spinach, avocados and tons of peaches. The pork is absolutely delicious, and you can lower or boost up the spiciness level. It’s at a pretty good level as written, nice and spicy, but letting all the other tastes blossom. And if you get pork tenderloin on sale, it makes it quite affordable. And leftovers are delicious.
