Sulfur Springs

Ohio is a beautiful place to live. Despite Tom and I’s love of the outdoors we have not taken advantage of the amazing metro-park system in Cleveland. Saturday we headed out to the South Chagrin Metro Park to visit Sulfur Springs. I’d been once and wanted to take Tom ever since, plus I got a great deal on a new kelty baby backpack at a second hand kids store that we just had to try out.

My dear friend Mary introduced me to a children’s consignment store in Avon called Jelly Bean Children’s. They had this fabulous Kelty backpack that still had the tags on it, one with the price tag of $140.00. What did I pay? Fifty buckeroos! Scotland loved it (falling asleep twice in it!), and Tom found it really comfortable as well. I’ll have to post pictures of the clothes I got there when Scotland dons them for the first time.

Doesn’t Tom look handsome in this shot? Who does Scotland look like?

I love the communication that comes across in this photo.

mmmm. And to think this was our first time here as a family. Gorgeous!

I mentioned an observation to Tom once, that Mothers rarely get pictures with their children. As they’re usually behind the camera. He’s made a point ever since to grab the camera from time to time and take some shots of my boy and me. Thanks darling, I really appreciate it!
