I was at Aldi’s on Euclid yesterday and they were selling small Japanese Maple trees for $14.99. I bought one and it is beautiful. They run $19.99 each at springhillnursery.com and that’s with out tax and shipping. So if you want to add some grace to your garden stop by your local Aldi. They should pay me for these ads!

Was your tree grafted to what appears to be a bamboo? Ours was and I am a little confused about that?
Mine wasn’t grafted, but rather supported by a piece of bamboo. Had yours grown together?
