Yesterday, I was cooking when out of the corner of my eye I saw Scotland walk from one bank of cabinets to the other. What, Scotland has never chosen to walk of his own accord. Apparently, it was his test run, because he’s been walking all over since. It’s funny because the night before I was telling Tom I was concerned that Scotland wasn’t progressing. (Granted he’s been sick for the last three weeks, and, according to my experienced and knowledgable sister Sabina, children often stop progressing while they’re sick.) She must be right, because just in the last few days he’s started up where he left off. We’re excited to have him back as our curious adventurous boy.
One response to “Scotter's a walker!”
Julie didn’t start walking until about 16 months. My niece was walking by 10. They’re all different. Yay Scotter!
