Pressure Cooker= I. LOVE. IT!


Today at 1:00 I turned on my pressure cooker, took 7 minutes to saute onions, carrots, and celery then added lentils, broth, stewed tomatoes and spices. I locked down the lid and set it for high pressure. Eight minutes later the soup was done. I walked away and didn’t think about it again. Meanwhile I left for work. The lentils stayed in the pot warming until Tom got home at 6:00. He enjoyed some with Scotland, and then when I got home from work at 7:30 I enjoyed some. Oh, how I’m loving the pressure cooker. Thanks Mom and Pops!
